28 May 2014 – Findley Lake, NY: The Blue Heron Inn will serve up a fun & informative dinner, wine tasting and birding program on Sat, June 7, 2014.
The evening will feature a 4-course dinner paired with Mazza Chautauqua Cellars wines, as well as the insightful program entitled “50 Shades of Bluebirds”. Birding expert Susan A. Smith will present a fun and informative evening as she explains why we are so captivated by the bluebird and how to attract bluebirds to our own, private habitats. An Erie native, Ms. Smith, an Erie, PA native, has studied birds since she received her first field guide to North American birds as a child. Now retired as Director of Development for a nonprofit, in addition to providing birding programs in the region, she is a first responder for injured & orphaned birds, a pet nanny and writes articles for Lake Erie Lifestyle magazine & Her Times.
