Blue Iris Winery
Blue Iris Winery is temporarily closed. It will reopen at a new location in the future. Check back later for updates!
Blue Iris Winery is locally owned and operated. The owners crafted their first batch of homemade wine in the Harvest of 2002. What started out as a hobby quickly became a passion. They experimented with many different varieties of grapes and fruits over the last 10 years. And have won many ribbons and medals in local, regional, and national competitions over that period.
Conveniently located along Rt. 20 in North East Township, nestled among neighboring wineries and small locally owned shops. Our tasting room is in a relaxed and comfortable environment. Wine can be purchased by the glass and enjoyed in our seating area. Feel free to pack your own crackers and cheeses to enjoy while sipping wines in the seating area. Come as a guest, leave as a friend!
BEHIND THE NAME AND LOGO:
The beautiful blue’s and green’s in the tail feathers of a Peacock was the inspiration for the “Peacock Style” logo and name.
The name “Blue Iris” was coined from the jewel toned eyes in the peacock’s plumage. The logo was then designed by the owners themselves with the help of a local graphic artist.
