In Germany, the coming of spring is celebrated on May Day with outdoor dancing and imbibing a white wine punch ("Mai Wein Bowle") made with sparkling white wine, bunches of fresh sweet woodruff (or "Waldmeister" as it is called in Germany), and fresh strawberries. Winemaker Jeff Murphy's May Wine is our "bottled" version of this spring treat.

Join us at the historic Westfield Train Station on Saturday, May 10 at 7:00PM for an evening celebrating the release of our new vintage of May Wine. Each course of this special Germanic-inspired multi-course meal will be expertly paired with Johnson Estate's May Wine and other wines.

Thank you to Rob & Katherine Galbraith, owners of the Westfield Train Station, for hosting this event at the Station. It has served as a studio and gallery space for Artist Katherine Galbraith. We look forward to sharing the special history of this building, constructed in 1908.
