Beginner Charcuterie Workshop

Join us for this Beginner Charcuterie Workshop. Learn some tips & tricks to create a perfect Charcuterie/Grazing board. The June 29 workshop will have a 4th of July Theme, so you can re-create a fresh board at home for the holiday.
Your ticket includes:
-An Acacia Wood cutting board
-Meats, cheeses, fruits, crackers, chocolates, etc. to fill your board
-Instruction to create a beautiful Independence Day-themed grazing board to take home and share with your friends and family
-A glass of wine to enjoy
-Additional wine & snacks available for purchase after you've built your board
-We will wrap the board for you to bring home (you may need to rearrange things a bit after the ride), please remember to bring a cooler or insulated bag to transport your board home if you will be traveling far. The board (including the handle) measures approximately 7.5" x 20.5"
-Please note that nuts, wheat, fruit, and other allergens may be present at this workshop. You can choose which items to include on your board, but cross-contamination is possible.
-This workshop will take place in our vineyard-view pavilion.
