Take a self-guided tour of Lake Erie Wine Country — We have 20 member wineries covering a 53-mile stretch between Silver Creek, NY and the town of Harborcreek, PA. The wineries are open year-round. Confirm winery hours on each of their web-sites, as they may change seasonally.
